About Future Career Guidance

We are an admissions counselling practice based in Pune, working with families through the MBBS, Engineering and Management admission cycles across Maharashtra.

How We Work

Admission information is scattered across prospectuses, counselling notices, fee orders and institute pages. Students and parents must often compare documents that use different years, categories and definitions.

Directory sites can be useful for discovery, but a summary is not evidence for a payment decision. We therefore trace changing figures back to the issuing authority or institution and keep the academic year beside the number.

Future Career Guidance is an admissions counselling practice based in Pune. We work with families on State CET Cell CAP rounds, MCC counselling and institution-run procedures. The enquiry forms on this site open WhatsApp rather than sending data to an advertising or college lead system.

Our method separates documented facts from user-entered scenarios. When a verified figure is unavailable, the draft keeps a visible missing-data marker and stays out of the sitemap. An EMI result uses the loan amount, rate and tenure entered by the user; it is not a prediction of approval or salary.

We do not promise seats. Every seat described anywhere on this site is allotted on merit inside a published procedure, and anyone offering to arrange one outside that procedure is not offering you a shortcut—they are offering you an illusion.

Verification and Review Credits

Each changing figure needs a named source and an academic year. The editorial policy describes what can be published and what remains a draft.

When a page displays a reviewer credit, it is attached to that page rather than injected by the site template. The review covers the source material available for that specific guide:

  1. Source check: Fees, cut-offs and placement fields are compared with the named authority, institute or regulatory document.
  2. Unknown-field rule: A changing number that cannot be traced stays marked as missing and keeps the page out of search indexing.
  3. Reviewer credit is compulsory: every page must be reviewed by Hritik before its initial publication. The visible credit and page-level structured data must both identify the same reviewer, or the production content gate fails.

A review reduces avoidable errors, but the issuing authority remains the final source. Readers should open the linked document again before paying a fee or accepting a seat.

Who We Are

Krishna Pandey

Founder & Lead Counsellor

12+ years in admissions counselling

  • B.Tech — D. Y. Patil University
  • MBA — Jain University, Bengaluru

Krishna has worked in admissions counselling for over 12 years, across MBBS, MD/MS, Engineering and Management. He founded Future Career Guidance to do the job the way he thought it should be done — working from the authority’s own notification rather than from whatever number is circulating that week. He leads the counselling desk and writes the guidance published on this site.

Shijin Joy

Managing Director

  • BE — Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bengaluru
  • MBA (distance) — Symbiosis

Shijin runs the business side of Future Career Guidance — operations, partnerships and how the counselling desk is resourced through the admission season.

Hritik Ranjan

Content Accuracy Reviewer

  • B.Tech — Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, Salem

Hritik reviews every page for factual accuracy before its initial publication. His job is specific and deliberately narrow: check eligibility rules, counselling routes, deadlines and fee mechanisms against the available primary documents.

The Danger of "Guaranteed Admission" Scams

Every admission season, desperate parents fall victim to brokers who guarantee admission to elite medical or engineering colleges (like KMC Manipal, BITS Pilani, or PICT Pune) for an upfront cash payment. These brokers often operate out of temporary offices, use forged letterheads, and promise "backdoor entries" or "management quota manipulation."

A seat offer made outside the institution's or counselling authority's published process should be treated as high risk. Verify the seat category, payment account, receipt and allotment route directly with the official authority before transferring money. A demand for unreceipted cash or a promise to bypass eligibility is a reason to stop and investigate.

Corrections Policy

The regulatory landscape in Indian admissions is chaotic. State CET Cells frequently change rules mid-cycle, seat matrices are updated overnight, and fee structures are revised by courts during ongoing counselling rounds. Despite our rigorous verification process, we occasionally get things wrong, or data becomes outdated faster than we can update it.

If you find a claim on this site that contradicts an official notification, please tell us and point us to the specific document. We will immediately correct the page and update the review date in our registry. Write to contact@futurecareerguidance.com or call +91 83800 01029.
